Overview:
A local workforce development consultant reached out to AMACMEDIA & CO to establish a cohesive and professional brand presence for her new business venture, DC Workforce Solutions. As a new company focused on connecting job seekers with training and employment opportunities, she needed a visual identity that communicated trust, growth, and community impact — while positioning her as an expert resource for both employers and talent in Pittsburgh and beyond.

The Challenge:
Starting from scratch meant there was no existing logo, color palette, or brand language. The client wanted to stand out in a traditionally corporate industry but still maintain a sense of approachability and purpose.
She also needed branded content that could translate seamlessly across social media platforms to start building awareness and attracting professional partnerships.
AMACMEDIA & CO developed a complete branding suite including a custom logo, color palette, typography system, and social media templates.
We designed a modern, people-first aesthetic that balanced professionalism with warmth — using rich maroons and golds to represent growth, stability, and opportunity.
Once the visual identity was in place, we created social media deliverables tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to help the brand launch confidently online.
